Why Your AI Pipeline Can't Tell You When It's Wrong
Wrong and stale AI outputs become discoverable when each model response is treated as a typed claim with dependencies, confidence, and provenance. Logs can show the calls; a claim graph shows why a value exists, which upstream facts influenced it, and which downstream outputs become suspect when rules or evidence change. That is the difference between observing a pipeline and trusting its current state.
